Content Use and Reproduction Policy
All journal content published through Infomedic International is protected by copyright unless otherwise indicated. Individual journals may operate under different licensing models, including Open Access licenses or traditional copyright arrangements.
Users may access published content free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, republication, or deposit of published material in third-party repositories must comply with the copyright and licensing terms specified by each journal. Authors and readers should consult the individual journal’s copyright policy for specific permissions and restrictions.
Editorial Independence Policy
Editorial decisions are delegated exclusively to each journal’s Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board. Editors are responsible for evaluating submitted manuscripts, selecting reviewers, making publication decisions, and maintaining the scientific quality of the journal.
Infomedic International provides publishing infrastructure, technical support, and editorial guidance but does not influence editorial decisions, manuscript acceptance, rejection, or reviewer selection. Editorial independence is maintained at all stages of the publication process.
Peer Review Policy
Each journal maintains an independent peer-review process appropriate to its discipline and scope. The specific review model (single-blind, double-blind, open review, or other) is determined by the journal’s Editorial Board and is described in the journal’s Instructions for Authors.
Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and absence of conflicts of interest. Editorial decisions are based on scientific merit, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Advertising Policy
Advertising and sponsorship activities are managed independently from editorial operations. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over editorial decisions, manuscript evaluation, peer review, publication decisions, or journal content.
The acceptance of advertising does not imply endorsement of any product, service, or organization by the journal, Editorial Board, or publisher.
Research Ethics Policy
All journals published by Infomedic International are committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and research integrity. Authors must comply with applicable ethical guidelines, institutional requirements, and international standards for research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data.
Submitted manuscripts must include appropriate ethics committee approvals when required, declarations of conflicts of interest, funding disclosures, and statements regarding informed consent when applicable.
Editors may request additional documentation to verify compliance with ethical standards at any stage of the editorial process.
Informed Consent Policy
Research involving human participants must comply with applicable ethical and legal requirements. Authors are responsible for obtaining informed consent from participants whenever required by institutional, national, or international regulations.
For studies involving identifiable patient information, images, or case reports, authors must confirm that appropriate consent has been obtained prior to publication.
Documentation supporting informed consent and ethical compliance may be requested by editors during the review process and must be retained by authors in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Corrections, Retractions, and Editorial Expressions of Concern
The journals are committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record. When errors, ethical concerns, or research misconduct are identified, the Editorial Board will investigate the matter following established editorial and ethical guidelines.
Corrections (Errata or Corrigenda) will be published when errors affect the accuracy or clarity of the published record but do not invalidate the study’s findings.
Retractions may be issued in cases of unreliable findings, plagiarism, duplicate publication, research misconduct, unethical research practices, or other serious violations of publication standards.
Editorial Expressions of Concern may be published when significant concerns arise regarding a publication and an investigation is ongoing or inconclusive.
All corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern will be clearly identified, linked to the original article, and made freely accessible to readers.
